Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make easily adjustable the fitting position of a weight at a pendulum type vibration-restraint device. CONSTITUTION:A post member 12 is pivot-supported on a structure 2 through a universal joint 11 at the lower end, and at the same time swingably supported on the structure 2 through plural shock absorbing members 16, 17 at its perimeter portion. A weight 22 is fitted to the upper part of the post member 12 through a stud bolt 18 and nuts 20 24, and a jack 25 that is engaged with the weight 22 and adjusts height is provided in the post member 12.
