METHOD FOR OPERATING PEG TRAY CONVEYOR IN SPINNING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To make a clogging eliminating device safe and to facilitate operation by interrupting beg tray sending actuation in occurrence of clogging of peg tray during transportation of peg tray. CONSTITUTION:In delivering full bobbins through a peg tray conveyor after a fine spinning frame is stopped in full bobbin and doffing operation is completed, air cylinders 15, 16 and 21 are worked, a peg tray furnished with the full bobbins is successively taken out through movement of a sending rail 5 from a delivery conveyor 3 and a peg tray 4 furnished with empty bobbins is introduced from a sending-in conveyor 2. During transportation of the peg tray 4, when a control device 26 has no input of a detected signal from sensors S1a, S2a and S3a, the control device judges no input as occurrence of clogging, works a direction control member 24 and supply of compressed air to the air cylinders 15, 16 and 21 is stopped to interrupt reverse actuation of the peg tray 4. Compressed air sending actuation after completion of clogging elimination treatment is reopened by an operator.
