Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a Ti-Al alloy member excellent in high temp. oxidation resistance and its producing method. CONSTITUTION:A coating film is formed by dipping the Ti-Al alloy member into an alkoxy silane hydrolyzed solution and is baked after drying to form a polysiloxane film. identicalSi-O-Siidentical is formed by a progress of a condensation reaction of identicalSi-OH made by hydrolysis of alkoxysilane and by baking the coating film after drying, the hardened coating film made from a three dimensional network of identicalSi-O-Siidentical is completely formed. The hardened coating film is excellent in adhesive strength with the Ti-Al alloy member and stable at high temp. and as available oxidation resistance is exhibited till a temp. near 1000 deg.C, impregnating of oxygen into the Ti-Al alloy member is completely interrupted and the oxidation resistance of Ti-Al alloy member at high temp. is remarkably improved.
