Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a rear wheel suspension device for a reach fork lift which can improve the vehicle stability while reducing the shock accompanying the rocking of a lower link and facilitate the adjustment work accompanying the abrasion of a driving wheel, concerning the rear wheel suspension of a reach fork lift. CONSTITUTION:This is a rear wheel suspension device of a reach fork lift equipped with a lower link 2, which is coupled with a driving wheel 7 and a driven wheel 8, being supported by the frame 5 of a car body so as to rotate around a center shaft 6, and the first spring 9 for adjustment of wheel pressure, which adds certain load to the driving wheel 7. This is provided, between the lower link 2 and the car body frame 5, with the second spring 10 for adjustment of wheel pressure, which energizes the lower link 2 so that the reverse moment from the moment given to the lower link 2 with the center shaft 6 as the center by the first spring 9 for adjustment of wheel pressure may be given to the lower link 2.
