An information memory medium 25 provided on each tool holder 8 and capable of writing and reading the information, measuring means 23, 24 measuring the sizes of various sections of the work W or the tool 4, data writing means 21, 22 writing the measured data on the information memory medium 25, data reading means 21, 22 reading the written measured data, and machining means 2, 30 machining the work W based on the read measured data are provided.
