Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify an interrupt program by reducing number of times of interrupt processing for a CPU for comparison processing to conversion data to enhance the reliability of A/D conversion data. CONSTITUTION:The A/D converter is provided with plural storage registers 13a-13c to store an A/D conversion data converted by an A/D converter section 11, a control section 12 stores sequentially the conversion data to each of the storage registers 13a-13c and when the stored conversion data number reaches a prescribed number, the control section 12 outputs a signal for interruption to the CPU 14. The comparison processing for the conversion data is implemented by the interrupt processing of the CPU 14.
