OUTPUT CONTROL CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To select driving capability required for an equipment and to suppress EMI noise by controlling an output circuit. CONSTITUTION:The control circuit is provided with a 1st output means composed of transistors(TRs) 107, 108, a 1st control means controlling the output state of the 1st output means, a 2nd output means composed of TRs 109, 110 and a 2nd control means controlling the output stage of the 2nd output means. When a MODE1 is at a high level regardless of a DATA signal, the 1st output means outputs a DATA and when a MODE2 is at a high level, the 2nd output means outputs DATA. Thus, the driving capability required for the equipment is selected to reduce the EMI noise.
