Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To solve problems such as heat radiation, impedance matching, high- density mounting, etc., and reduce power consumption sharply by forming a terminal resistance circuit with an active element such as a diode, etc., or the combination of active and passive receiving elements such as a resistance ele ment, etc., in a wiring board which has a terminal circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two diodes 7 and 7 are made on a wiring layer 3 by stacking the films of amorphous silicon (a-Si) by a vapor growth method. A middle junction part, by which a metallized layer 6' of one diode 7 is connected to a metallized layer 6' of another diode 7, is connected to an input line of a signal, and both the ends are connected with a power source metallized line and a ground metallized line so as to form a terminal circuit.
