Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing a graft copolymer, whereby graft copolymerization can be effected at a lower temperature and more efficiently than in the conventional noncatalytic polymerization processes and the graft copolymer can be readily isolated and recovered. CONSTITUTION:The objective process comprises treating an aminated polymer or an inorganic powder covered with an aminated coating film with an epoxy compound and copolymerizing the resultant product with a vinyl monomer.
