CONSTITUTION:A tester for a screen plate is composed of a table 2 which a screen plate 1 to be inspected is placed on, a light source 5 which is arranged below the screen plate 1 placed on the table 2, a camera 3 which picks up an image of the screen plate 1 from an upper part, a section for discriminating an positions to be tested based on an image signal outputted from the camera 3, are a pinhole-detecting part which detects a pinhole by comparing a size of a mask covering the test position and pixels within a specific range near it with that of an image of a light transmission part of the test position.
