CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus is obtained by housing a culture substrate 3 obtained by mixing a main material obtained by mixing sawdust with rice bran and wheat bran, etc., with a auxiliary material such as a nucleic acid or an amino acid in a long tray-like container having shallow bottom and forming unevenness on the upper face of the culture substrate 3 so as to enlarge the surface area for culture.
