COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To provide the communication controller in which data are exchanged in an optional timing in a transfer phase of code information and the transfer mode of transmission/frame processing is selected in response to the coding system of picture information in the transfer phase of the picture information. CONSTITUTION:When transmission code information is in existence, the subject communication controller processes the information into a packet and sends the result to a circuit L in the transmission timing of a main control section 12, and when no transmission code information is in existence, the controller generates an idle packet and sends the packet to the circuit L to use the communication controller without notifying a procedure of code information, that is, as if to be full duplex communication regardless of the half duplex communication.
