Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a high frequency heat cooking device with which an oven impedance for setting the microwave generation efficiency of a magnetron at the maximum can be maintained even when a load of food or a position of the food is fluctuated. CONSTITUTION:A field sensor 2 installed inside a cooking space 1 to detect an electric field in the cooking space 1, and a control circuit to receive a signal expressing a field strength in the cooking space 1 from the field sensor 2 and to control a rotation position of a rotary antenna 8 by drive of a control motor 6 to set the field strength in the cooking space 1 at the maximum are provided.
