FUEL CELL POWER GENERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To collect high temp. exhaust heat indirectly. CONSTITUTION:A battery cooling plate 1C is furnished at the body 1 of a fuel cell and thereto a cooling water is passed, whereby the heat generated at power generating is absorbed for water/vapor separation by leading the heated cooling water to a gas/water separator 2 through a cooling water outgoing line 10, and the water having got rid of vapor is returned to the cooling plate 1C. These operations constitute a fuel cell power generation system. Further a battery bypass lime 12 is furnished which diverges at a cooling water incoming line 11 and is connected with the gas/water separator 2 upon detouring the fuel cell 1, while a heat exchanger 13 is provided on the cooling water incoming line 11. Also a control means 15 is furnished to control the rate of flow of the cooling water passing through the incoming line 11 and bypass line 12, and such arrangement is introduced that the heat at power generating can be collected on the secondary side of the heat exchanger 13 while the amount of water vapor generated in the gas/water separator 2 is maintained conforming to the demand value of a modifier device.
