FILM PROCESSING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To warm up processing liquid such as a liquid developer gathered while the conduit to a processing tank is checked by a solenoid valve and to prevent a decrease in developing ability. CONSTITUTION:When no film is carried in a developing rack 42, a control circuit 174 powers ON the solenoid valve 172, which is closed to send the liquid developer to a collection scooping-up part 50 through the branch part 166A and cock 170 of a pipe 166 and collect it in a container 52. In this state, the liquid developer gathered between the branch part 166B of the pipe 166 and the developing rack 42 is neither circulated nor heated at a heater part 48. For the purpose, the solenoid valve 172 is closed when powered ON. A normally open type is used to make the heating value obtained by electric feeding in the closure state contribute to the collected liquid developer. Therefore, the collected liquid developer can be warmed up even while the solenoid valve 172 is closed, and the temperature of the liquid developer is prevented from falling.
