FOUNDATION OF SOIL CEMENT COLUMN TRAIN

PURPOSE:To construct a foundation of a train of soil cement columns which functions as a sheathing at the time of intra-wall excavation and which finally becomes a pile foundation for the structural mass. CONSTITUTION:The bottom as foundation of each soil cement column 1 is made as a foot protected part 100 made of soil cement etc., having a high strength. A projection 5 is provided at the internal core part of this foot protected part for transmitting the plumb load of the structure smoothly to the ground by increasing the core 2 attachment strength to the soil cement etc. The core is fixed to the foot protected part through the part where the projection is provided. The core may have projection elsewhere than within the foot protected part.
