Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To realize the balanced differential amplifier circuit used for realizing an active filter having a high power supply voltage fluctuation elimination ratio. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted to input terminals IN0, IN1 is amplified by transistors(TRs) Q11, Q12 and outputted from differential current output terminals OUT0A, OUT1A as a current signal. Loads C11, C12 convert the current signal into a voltage signal. Buffers B11, B12 receive a voltage signal converted by the loads C11, C12 and output the signal at a low impedance from voltage output terminals OUT0, OUT1. The input signal and the output signal of the balanced differential (gm) amplifier circuit are both differential signals. A voltage of an in-phase component of the signal outputted from the buffers B11, B12 is detected by resistors R15, R16. When the voltage of the in-phase component rises, the collector current of the TR Q16 is decreased and the collector current of TRs Q13-Q15 being components of the current mirror circuit is decreased.
