DULL-FINISHED TRANSFER LEAF AND DECORATIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a dull-finished transfer leaf wherein dull-finished section or section having different gloss is as soft as suede and has an excellent pattern which is in a super-dull-finished state is provided and a transfer leaf can be easily prepared and further dull-finishing work can be easily performed using a transfer leaf and provide also a decorative material which is partially dull- finished or has differently dull-finished sections and can be easily prepared.
