FACSIMILE EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To pause the reading after one original page is read and to restart reading after the original is again set when the original is designated to be a double side original in a store and forward facsimile equipment. CONSTITUTION:An operation section 6 informs it to a control section 5 that the operator designates an original to be a double side original. The control section 5 gives a read command to a read section 2 and when one page original reading is finished, a read end is informed from the read section 2 to the control section 5. In this case the control section 5 pauses the reading till the original set notice is received from the read section 2. When the control section 5 receives the original set notice, a read command is sent again to the read section 2 to restart reading of the original.
