Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce an area within a touch panel, to set plural touch keys and to cope with screen scrolling at high speed. CONSTITUTION:When a key table 7 is set on a touch panel, the position of the key table 7 is set in a key table position storage part 5. When the touch panel is pressed, a key code generation part 4 refers to the key table position storage part 5 and checks the key table 7. When the pressed coordinate supplied by a coordinate conversion part 3 overlaps the key range of touch keys in the key table 7, such key code is returned. When it is required to move the touch keys in scrolling the screen, a value moved within the key table 7 is added.
