Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To efficiently measure motion in an unknown direction by measuring a reference phase and encoding respective succeeding three measuring cycles to combine results of all of four measuring cycles. CONSTITUTION: If 0 is a result of (for example, flowing water compensated) reference measurement, a first measuring cycle 1 performs encoding with respect to motions along first coordinate pairs x, y and a second measuring cycle 2 performs encoding with respect to motions along second coordinates x, z and a third measuring cycle 3 performs encoding with respect to motions along third coordinates y, z. Next, these measured values are combined like formulae I-III. That is, all of four measured values are combined on the basis of equal absolute wt. By this constitution, respective motion components can be calculated and a measuring time is shortened as compared with a 6-point method. |
