Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent an error in roundness in a torque-transmission axle and a magnetic anisotropic part and a still system such as a coil, and prevent generation of torque measurement error based on presence of an excessive gap between these parts in a magnetostrictive torque sensor. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic anisotropy parts 2, 2 are formed on a surface of a torque-transmission axle 1 and then a magnetostrictive change of the magnetic anisotropic parts 2, 2 which is generated due to transmission torque is detected by coils 7, 7 which are provided around the magnetic anisotropy parts 2, 2.
