WATER-RESISTANT STRUCTURE WITH GRADIENT AND ITS STRUCTURAL MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To improve heat insulating property and water resistance by providing a structural base material with gradient on a bed structure through an adhesive, and forming an asphalt waterproof layer by torch method on its upper surface. CONSTITUTION:A structural base material 3 with gradient having fitting parts 7 on side surfaces and deaerating grooves 6 is laid on a bed structure 1 through an adhesive layer 8. A plurality of the structural base materials 3 are mutually connected by the fitting parts 7 and locking materials 9 and laid. An asphalt waterproof layer 5 by torch method is formed on the upper surface of the structural base materials 3 through an intermediate protective layer 4. Thus, the both are integrated without welding the structural base materials 3 with gradient by means of a torch burner to form a water-resistant structure with gradient without causing penetration of water and dewing, and a stable performance can be exhibited.
