SPACER SET LINE DEVICE BETWEEN FENCING PLATES OF FENCING PLATE STEP ACCUMULATION TYPE WORK CARRIER LINE

PURPOSE:To reduce an occupied floor area necessary for processing to set a spacer on a fencing plate before step accumulation on a line to carry the fencing plate with a work such as a press molded tile before baking through the spacer in the multistep accumulated state. CONSTITUTION:After a spacer (sp) on a fencing plate (b) is taken up at a separation station R, lower step conveyors SL (SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4) to carry the fencing plate (b) and upper step conveyors SU (SU1, SU2) to carry the spacer (sp) above it are provided, a spacer transfer device 173 to transfer the spacer (sp) which stops at a stop station SUc of the end part of the upper step conveyor SU on the fencing plate (b) which stops at a stop station T of the end part of the lower step conveyor SL, and a spacer set line device ST is constituted in a structure to vertically arrange them.
