Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify a speed reduction mechanism, improve the performance, reduce a transmission loss, and reduce a capacity of a motor. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical outer rotation shaft 13 rotated by a motor 12 is provided in a housing 1 supporting a rack shaft 2, a cylindrical inner rotation shaft 18 is installed on the inner side of the outer rotation shaft 13 to be movable along the axis but not rotatable mutually, the rack shaft 2 is inserted on the inner side of the inner rotation shaft 18, the inner rotation shaft 18 is connected to the housing 1 through a first ball screw 21, and the rack shaft 2 is connected to the inner rotation shaft 18 through a second ball screw 25. The motor 12 is a brushless motor, and a sensor 35 for detecting a rotation position of a rotor 17 of the motor 12 is installed on the motor 12 through gears 36, 37.
