Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simplify change of a nozzle and to reduce wear of the nozzle by setting a tuyere brick on outer peripheral face of the nozzle and filling up monolithic refractory between lower outer peripheral face of the nozzle and the tuyere body brick. CONSTITUTION:Gaps between intermediate tuyere brick 2-2 in the tuyere brick 2 forming nozzle bedding material in the electric furnace and the nozzle 1, and further, between permanent tuyere 3 and the nozzle 1, are made to stampping constitution 11-1 with the monolithic refractory. Further, the inner hole diameter formed with the tuyere body brick 2 is formed so as to larger than the max. diameter in the nozzle 1 set in the inner hole. At the time of changing the nozzle 1 in the case the nozzle erodes, a nozzle holder 1-5 is set on the permanent tuyere 3 supported with a holding metallic material 7 for nozzle 1, and primary piping 1-1 and the nozzle 1 are set. After that, only the upper tuyere brick 2-1 is changed. Thus, fitting from inside of the furnace becomes possible and setting of the nozzle 1 is simplified.
