WALL DEVICE

PURPOSE: To obtain a wall means for continuously separating a liquid-containing portion, without the clogging slots, from a liquid-containing particle material by increasing the discharge speed while maintaining the supply direction of this particle material constant. CONSTITUTION: The liquid-containing portion is separated from the liquid- containing particle material fed via a machine in a predetermined direction A. The wall means consists of many bar profiles 1 defining continuous slots 7 between them to allow the passage of the liquid-containing portion. Each of bar profiles 1 has build-up parts 8 elongating between both ends of the bar profiles in the inner parts 2 facing the liquid-containing particle material and are provided with two continuous guide surfaces 9, 10 inclined in the discharge direction B of the liquid-containing portion passing the adjacent slots 7. Further, the inclined guide surfaces in the longitudinal direction are disposed to coincide with the predetermined feed direction of the liquid-containing particle material in order to accelerate the liquid-containing particle material for maintaining the feed direction.
