Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To surely perform the refreshing operation to a dynamic random access memory and to hold the reliability of the data content in the dynamic random access memory even at the time of the continuous access to the memory or the input output device of a micro processor. CONSTITUTION:A sample window part 32 is provided, and at the time of accessing the memory of a micro processor and the I/O, (an access cycle control signal (access completion signal 42) and an address strobing signal 36 of the micro processor are combined and a fresh sample window signal 43 is generated.
