Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent a pallet from moving in conveying devices and a storage chamber, and shorten the time for the pallet to move horizontally. CONSTITUTION:Parts 10 to be held are provided on a pallet 24, and holding parts 27, each of which consists of opposite claws 32a, 32b driven to be opened and closed, and holds the part 10 to be held, are provided on the side of conveying devices 28 respectively. Further, notch parts 16 for fixing the pallet 24 in place, are provided at the conveying devices 28, and a storage chamber 29, and anchors 15 which are to be engaged with the notches 16, are provided on the pallet 24 so that they can be engaged and disengaged from the notches. Thus, the anchors 15 can be disengaged from the notch parts 16 by closing operation of the claws 32a, 32b and engagingly locked to the above notch parts 16 by opening operation of the claws.
