Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To put the document creation device back in an editing state immediately after figure editing is 'determined'. CONSTITUTION:During the editing of a figure, a figure data alteration part 14a alters figure data in a work buffer 20 according to the indication of editing. A figure display part 16 displays a figure corresponding to the stage of the editing. When the 'determination' of the editing is indicated, the figure display part 16 displays a pattern showing the determination state and then the display is put back to an undetermined state when the determination is reset; when the execution of another process is indicated, a figure data update part 14b updates the figure data held in a figure buffer 18 according to the figure data in the work buffer 20.
