Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To automate the assembling work of a spring and a spool to a valve body. CONSTITUTION:At the time of mounting a spring longer than the depth of a valve hole 2, and a spool 3 in turn into the valve hole 2 formed at a valve body 1, the spring 4 is pressed upright to the inner wall of the valve hole 2 by air jetted from a nozzle 50 inserted in a part 21, and then the inner hole 31 of the spool 3 clamped by a spool grip means 30 is engaged with the upper end of the spring 4. The spool 3 is then moved right above the valve hole 2 and dropped from the spool grip means 30. At this time, even if the spool 3 is not fitted well to the valve hole 2, the position of the spool 3 caught by the valve hole 2 is adjusted so as to be fitted into the valve hole 2 by repeating the clamped-unclamped state by the spool grip means 30.
