Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To avoid a bite by an injection needle to be disposed of by being removed and relatedly causable contagion or the like by connecting a chuck to a driving mechanism to open-close the chuck, and providing a drawer to receive a gathering vessel in a housing. CONSTITUTION: In a device to dispose of an injection needle, a housing 1 has an opening part 14 in which a chuck 2 to a needle 11 is arranged, and the chuck 2 is connected to a driving mechanism 3 to open-close the chuck 2. The housing 1 has a drawer 5 to receive a gathering vessel 6 whose opening part 14 is opened by turning a port. The injection needle 11 is loosened from an injector main body by turning a screw by rotary motion of the chuck 2 actuated when the injector main body 9 is inserted, and falls in the gathering vessel 6.
