STILL IMAGE TRANSMISSION AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To record a received still image signal in a memory, to read it out with required operation and to display it on a screen such as a monitor. CONSTITUTION:A signal from an image input part 1 is converted into a digital signal in an A/D conversion part 2, compressed in a data compression part 3, and transmitted via an output part 4 and a required digital line network 6. The signal is inputted from an input part 7 and recorded in a memory part 8, and at the same time, expanded in a data expansion part 9, converted into an analog signal in a D/A conversion part 10, inputted to an image display part 11 and displayed on the screen. The data stored in the memory part 8 is read out with the designation of an operation part 12, inputted to the image display part 11 via the data expansion part 9 and the D/A conversion part 10 and displayed on the screen.
