Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To monitor an idle/busy state of a subscriber circuit near a subscriber circuit device with a subscriber circuit package mounted thereon and to detect it with a small scale circuit with respect to the circuit monitoring the operating state of a subscriber of an electronic exchange. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a loop forming means 10 forming a loop to a subscriber circuit 100, with a detection means 20 detecting a dial tone DT sent by the subscriber circuit 100 when a loop is formed by the loop forming means 10, and with a display means 30 displaying a subscriber operating state by the dial tone detected by the detection means 20.
