Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the adverse effect of resonance frequency due to a cap regarding a high-frequency circuit device formed in constitution, in which a circuit board for shielding is covered with the cap. CONSTITUTION:In a high-frequency circuit device, in which a circuit board 3, to which an electronic part constituting a high-frequency circuit is disposed, and a cap 11 covering the circuit board 3 are mounted, recessed sections 12 (projecting sections may also be used) are formed to the cap 11, thus employing frequency different from the working frequency band of the high-frequency circuit as the resonance frequency of the cap 11.
