Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a device, being easy to be used and less pollution hazard, wherein a product placed in an aseptic enclosure can be sampled in sterile manner. CONSTITUTION: A valve 4 for taking out a product, an entrance pipe 20 for steam and sterilized air and a product sampling pipe 23, are provided. A take- out valve 4 comprises a closed cone 7, and the cone 7 is contact-seated on a seat 6 at closure position, and the contact surface between the cone 7 and the seat 6 is substantially positioned at the same level as an enclosure surface, and a steam inlet pipe 20 is directly opened in a head space of the valve 4, in addition, the product sampling pipe 23 is positioned on extension of the steam inlet pipe 20.
