Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent disperse stability, sliding property and abrasion resistance and useful for sliding component, etc., by blending a cationic water soluble resin with polytetrafluoroethylene and fluorine based surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. cationic water soluble resin such as an epoxy resin with (B) polytetrafluoroethylene, e.g. having 0.1-20mum particle diameter, preferably of 10-100 pts.wt. and (C) a fluorine based surfactant such as perfluoroalkyl(2-10C) sulfonic acid salt, preferably of 0.01-5 pts.wt. (as solid content).
