Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suppress a vibration in a radial direction by forming appropriate number of notched grooves in the radial direction at a piezoelectric element in a high-frequency screw clamped Langevin type vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric element consists of a lower side piezoelectric element 1 and an upper side piezoelectric element 11. Each of anticorrosion metallic members 21 and 22, the elements 1 and 11 is tightened with a screw 23. At such a time, notched grooves 2 and 12 in the radial direction are provided at the facing plane of the junction of the elements 1 and 11. Thereby, the vibration in the radial direction can be suppressed.
