Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a bensultap granule having suppressed phytotoxicity. CONSTITUTION:A sustained release granule is characterized by including S, S-[2-(dimethylamino)trimethylene]bis-benzenethiosulfonate (bensultap) in an amount of about 1-10wt.% based on the whole final formulation, alpha-starch in an amount of about 1-10wt.% based on the whole final formulation and zinc oxide in an amount of about 0.1-100 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. bensultap. This granule has >=1hr disintegration time in water. The granule is capable of exhibiting excellent insecticidal effects with hardly any phytotoxicity such as leaf burn, ear burn or death exerted on cultivated plants. Since the granule has hardly any residual toxicity, it can safely be used for humans and animals without causing environmental disruption.
