CONSTITUTION:The digital signal processing system 10 is equipped with a means 1 which detects the throughput of the digital signal processing system 10 and a clock speed control means 2 which is driven with the detection signal of the throughput detecting means 1 and controls the speed of a clock for operating this system 10, and the clock speed control means 2 controls the clock so that its frequency is low when the signal throughput of the system is small or high when large. |
