POLYCYCLIC DYE

Polycyclic dyes of Formula A: wherein: X is -C2-4-alkyl; and Y is C1-4-alkyl. X is preferably ethyl and Y is preferably C1-3-alkyl, more preferably C1-2-alkyl. It is further preferred that when X is ethyl, Y is ethyl or methyl and especially the latter.
