CONSTITUTION: A guide pipe 67 connected with the first connecting part 45.1 is provided in a constitutional unit 50 with a switch valve 45 and a pressure restriction valve 49 and a movable element 68 is stored movably in the longer direction in the guide pipe and the first valve seat 72 connected with the third connecting part 45.3 is provided on the first yoke part 69 closing the end face side of the guide pipe and the second valve seat 73 connected with the second connecting part 45.2 is provided on the second yoke part 70 and the first closing member 86 is supported by means of one end face of the movable element and the movable element is made to act on the first valve seat under action of a return spring 77 at a stopping position by means of the closing member and the second closing member 88 being relatively movable to the movable member is stored in the movable member and the closing member is made to act on the second valve seat under action of a spring 82 at a working position and closing force of the spring is set in accordance with a responding pressure of the pressure restriction valve 49.
