Two chevron-shaped lift cams are formed integrally on the same arc on the diametrical line at an axial bottom surface as the axial surface of the cam 8. Consequently, it is possible to dispense with a plurality of levers and the like inside a case 2, thus reducing the number of parts and realizing miniaturization and stable operation.
