CONSTITUTION:The contents of working procedure are generated by using an execution record in the past, etc., and are registered in the working procedure module 41 of a working procedure library 4. The contents of a translation function are generated by using analysis information in the past, etc., and are registered in the translation function module 91 of a translation function library 9. At the time of executing work, the optimum working procedure module 41 is selected from the working procedure library 4, and desired translation (including retrieval of unknown word, dictionary registration, etc.) is executed by using the optimum translation function module 91 based on the procedure.
