Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a suction time to be reduced when sucking the red cell constituent which is a highly viscous liquid sample. CONSTITUTION:When sucking a red cell constituent by a nozzle chip, a piston is pulled to the maximum, suction is started by generating a maximum suction force, the piston is returned to a target amount of suction when a pressure of the suction system reaches a certain value alpha, and then the target amount of suction is made finally. Since the suction force of a pump can be utilized to the maximum, suction can be speeded up.
