Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enhance the workability, reduce the production cost and miniaturize the equipment. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of a heat pipe system heat exchanger comprises the steps of machining a heat pipe 1 in which a specified amount of an operation liquid is sealed with a specified outside diameter and machining a heat transfer member 3 having a specified inner-diameter insertion hole 3a and inserting the heat pipe 1 into the insertion hole 3a of the heat transfer member 3. The operation liquid 2 is heated by heating a part of the heat pipe 1 for a specified time by a specified temperature so that plastic deformation may be given to the heat pipe 1 based on the thermal expansion of the vapor pressure of the operation liquid 2. This plastic deformation brings the outside of the heat pipe in close contact with the insertion hole 3a of the heat transfer member 3, thereby fixing the heat pipe 1.
