Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a washer fitting method to a bolt to which the washer can be previously fitted even in case of a thick shaft bolt. CONSTITUTION:In a fitting method of a washer 1 to a bolt 2, an umbrella-like washer 1 of which an inserting hole 11 for the shaft part 22 of the bolt 2 is provided on the center part and linear or dotted locking parts 13 are formed on the inner circumferential face of the inserting hole 11 is used, after inserting the shaft part 22 of the bolt into the inserting hole 11 of the washer 1, the umbrella-like washer 1 is worked into a flat plate by pressing so as to bring the locking parts 13 in contact with the surface of the shaft part, and hence the washer 1 is fitted to the shaft part 22.
