Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reserve the cold of cold-reserved objects such as cans of drinks without lowering cooling performance in the vehicle interior and that without providing a leased heat exhanger. CONSTITUTION:When an air conditioner 2 starts cooling operation, condensed water generated on the surface of a refrigerant evaporator 5 is led into a cylindrical reservoir chamber 14 formed between the insulating box 12 of a cooling box 3 and a container 13 disposed inside the insulating box 12, through a drain hose 11 so as to cool cold-reserved objects such as cans of drinks stored in the container 13 with this condensed water.
