Inorganic ion particles charged in the static charge in the inorganic material water solution 2 are separated as an inorganic material on the carbon fiber base substance 5, and inorganic electrodeposit separated carbon fiber base substances 6 thus prepared are gathered together and molded to manufacture a carbon fiber reinforced inorganic composite 8.
