The resulting mixture is sent into the air bubble fluidized bed part 11 and fluidizing gas E is supplied to the dryer 1 from the lower part thereof. By mixing and stirring the particles and the water-containing sludge in the air bubble fluidized bed 11, the drying and grinding of the water- containing sludge are performed. The fine rising particles are heated in the high speed fluidized bed part 12. The above-mentioned cycle is repeated.
